Ordering Procedures

Placing Your Order

  1. Click the Order Online tab.
  2. Select item to purchase and click Add to Cart.  Your item will be successfully added into the shopping cart.  You can view your total cart purchase at the top right corner of the page.  Use the Back button to go back to previous page if more items need to be added in.
  3. Once you have made your final purchase, click Proceed to Checkout.  You will then be brought to the Checkout page.
  4. Input all shipping details and do a final check on your purchase.
  5.  Select your preferred payment type.  Please note that we do NOT have any payment integration facility when you select MayBank/ POSBank/ PayNow.  Hence, you will still need to make a separate payment arrangement for this.  There should not be any issues with payments made via PayPal.
  6. Click Place Order and voila!, your order process is complete.  Sit back and relax and await the arrival of your order.

Order Processing Lead-time, Confirmation & Delivery Timings

  1. Upon receipt of your order, allow us a lead-time of 3 working days to prepare your items.  Do note that a higher order quantity will result in a longer preparation duration.
  2. You will receive a “Your Order is Complete” notification in your inbox from our system when your item is ready and scheduled for collection/ delivery.  Do check your spam box if you did not receive this email.
  3. All local orders can either be self-collected or delivered at a nominal charge.  International orders will be charged based on postage prevailing rates.  We use registered mail by SingPost or DPEX International.  Whilst care is taken at every stage, we will not be liable for any damage/s to your parcel whilst in transit to you.
  4. For Self-Collection and Cash on Delivery orders, a minimum of 50% deposit payment must be made to our bank in order for us to start works.  You can self-collect from our proxy studio by contacting us at 8542-7723 to make prior arrangements.  For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you prior delivery.
  5. For all deliveries, do drop us an acknowledgement when your order has been delivered safely.

Refunds & Returns

  1. We reserve the rights NOT to refund payments made for any orders and/ or products.
  2. Unless an error has been made on our part would we allow returns to be made.  In such cases, you can swap the returned item/s with another item of the same value or top up the difference should the item value be higher.
